Booking.com 公布 2019 可持续性旅游发展报告
日期:2019年4月17日 下午4:00相较去年,有超过半数(55%)的全球旅客表示他们决心要采取更多可持续性旅游的行动,不过目前所遇到的困难除了相关知识不足外,也缺乏足够且吸睛的选择。
香港2019年4月17日 /美通社/ -- 为了响应 4 月 22 日世界地球日,全球线上订房领导品牌 Booking.com 发表了最新的全球可持续性旅游年度调查报告。报告显示有近四分之叁(72%)的旅客认为,人们需立即采取行动,才能为下一代拯救我们的地球。
然而,全球旅客认为选择可持续性旅游,普遍会面对的困境如下:(全球受访者认同的百分比)
* 不知道如何规划可持续性旅游的行程(37%) * 我知道有可持续性旅游的选择,但我偏向选择其他更吸睛的选项(34%) * 我无法负担可持续性旅游的额外费用(36%) * 我所规划的行程导致可持续性旅游的选项受限(34%) * 其他旅游地点比可持续性旅游地点更引人入胜(34%) * 我知道要怎么做才能让旅程增加可持续性(50%) 旅游产业扮演了相当重要的角色:71% 的旅客认为旅游公司应提供旅客更加环保的服务选择,也有近半数(46%)的全球旅客认为,安排一个可持续性的旅游比日常生活中做环保要困难得多;有叁分之一(31%)的人承认他们将假期视为特别日子,不会特别注重环境保护。

调查方法:
此为 Booking.com 进行的独立调查,问卷调查收集样本来自过去 12 个月曾旅游,或是预计在未来 12 个月内出门旅游的成年旅客。受访者共 18,077 人(超过 1,000 名受访者的市场有巴西、加拿大、中国、法国、德国、印度、印尼、义大利、日本、墨西哥、荷兰、南韩、西班牙、台湾、英国、美国,以色列则有 883 位受访者)。问卷完成日期为 2019 年 2、3 月。
**虽然今年度的报告加进 6 个新的市场,不过原有市场的数据与去年报告相比仍达 72%。
