第二， “不上线就下线”，寻找新市场新需求新转变。现在企业纷纷出海避免内卷， 都想着面向全球70亿人的新市场，用国内特有的优势，解决当地人无法解决的难题。然而随着人口老龄化和寿命延长，很多经济丶市场和客户的需求也在发生改变。比如，养老丶健康产业的兴起，正是因为人们对生活方式丶健康管理丶老龄化等方面需求的变化，我们最近投资的旅居养老项目海燕抱团，就是结合线下旅游来到线上先培训，然後找到一种一边旅居一边挣钱的新方式另外，在健康领域，今年诺贝尔化学奖得主Demis Hassabis说的他预测十年内AGI（通用人工智能）就会实现AGI能极大加速新药研发，所有疾病都能找到对症方案，Demis Hassabis开发的AlphaFold系统，只用了两年时间，就预测出超2亿种蛋白质结构所以健康的问题一定会是这十年来最大的一个机会，我们一定要挺过这10年，来迎接未来更长的寿命和更长的发展时代。

第三，“无IP不创业”，真实地接地气地拥抱新媒体。最典型的变化就是短视频和直播带货，它们彻底改变了信息传播的方式，也改变了企业和消费者之间的互动模式。对於创业者来说，IP非常重要，但我想说，只有一个真实的人，真人真事真感情，才能成为一个被人信任的载体。用真实的人设，以正确的发心，从真正对用户好的角度做内容，才能与用户建立起超越商业关系的关系。初期不要做太垂直的内容，要选择相对泛的主题吸引更多观众。例如，卖二手车的视频，如果只聊二手车的细节，可能播放量不高，但如果通过更广泛的生活话题吸引观众，再逐渐引导到二手车内容，效果会更好。简单来说，先吸引流量，再做精准转化。同时，明确你的内容是为谁而做，确保它既能吸引大量观众，又能精准触及潜在客户。例如，卖房子的视频如果只是聊户型，可能流量有限，但如果从买房人关心的孩子上学丶老人养老等话题入手，则更能吸引有购买需求的人群。在短视频的平台上， 商品不是卖出去的， 而是影响出去的。 谁被信任谁影响， 谁影响谁转化。
